I made this recipe yesterday but made a couple changes of my own:
1) instead of chocolate chips, I used about 1/3 of a cup chopped dates
2) I formed into a round, 1 inch high slab and cut out shaped with cookie cutters (big ones about 4cm had softest insides, but little 2cm heart shaped ones are nice to have around to snack on)
3) I cooked it on a pizza stone in the oven and it only took about 8 minutes because they were smaller.
I found the recipe made more than 4 servings if all you want is a little snack to go with some chai, and as much as I loved it with dates, I will try it with chocolate soon for sure!
