Abby:  If you live in a town large enough to support a Whole Foods, then even a regular large grocery store should have every spice that I used, as should Whole Foods.  The cloves, cardamom, cinnamon, and ginger are most important, in my opinion.  The others add complexity but aren&#039;t crucial.  Black peppercorns work in place of white, though they aren&#039;t quite as hot.  If you can&#039;t find a spice and have your heart set on using it, I wholeheartedly recommend penzeys.com.

Jessie:  Ha!  The Krups grinder works just fine for me.  I think it&#039;s about 20 or so.</description>
